Service Overview FastBulk SMS is a communication and bulk SMS platform provided by **Yolopment Private Limited**. Users must not use FastBulk SMS to: * Send unsolicited or unauthorized messages * Conduct spam campaigns * Send phishing messages * Commit fraud or scams * Impersonate individuals or organizations * Send misleading or deceptive communications * Harass or threaten recipients * Promote illegal activities * Distribute malicious content * Circumvent telecommunications regulations * Send prohibited or restricted content * Violate recipient privacy or consent requirements Where applicable, users must maintain appropriate records of consent and comply with applicable DND/opt-out requirements. By using the platform, users grant Yolopment Private Limited the limited rights necessary to process and transmit such content for providing the requested services. Yolopment Private Limited does not claim ownership of the user's business communication content. ## 15. Prohibited Activities Users may not use FastBulk SMS for activities that are illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: * Spam * Phishing * Scams * Fraud * Malware distribution * Identity theft * Unauthorized financial schemes * Illegal gambling * Harassment * Threats * Impersonation * Counterfeit goods * Illegal products or services * Unauthorized collection or use of personal information * Any activity prohibited by applicable law Yolopment Private Limited may take immediate action where prohibited activity is suspected. ## 16. Yolopment Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, telecommunications requirements, or platform policies, including where necessary to protect the integrity and security of the FastBulk SMS platform.
